A high school graduate with her Associate Degree in Secretarial Studies in Douala, Cameroon; Lisette started working at a very young age. She worked as a secretary for the Governor of the West and decided to go for a better opportunity when she was asked by her supervisor to come and work with him in the Cameroonian Electricity Company. Working there for the time being She decided to open her own electrical contractor company due to the high demand at that time. It is Kanza Sarl was established in 1994.
Since assuming the role of President, Mr. Landry has significantly grown the organization’s revenue and employee base. An experienced and diverse entrepreneurial leader, Landry’s leadership and success is built on technology, which is the foundation of honesty, trust, integrity and respect. Growing up in a technical industry, Landry started in high school with electrical engineering. He traveled to Morocco and Senegal where he earned two associate degrees in business and computer science. He landed in the United States after where his passion for connecting computer science to everything doubled. Landry earned an associate degree and a bachelor of science degree from Oahland University. He earned his master’s degree in administration from Central Michigan University (USA). He has since complemented this education with experience in all aspects of technology. He has earned numerous certifications in technology, solar energy and smart cities; He worked for large organizations such as Comerica Bank, DTE Energy, HP… and one day he decided it was time to come home and use his knowledge to expand the family business.
High school teacher in the 90s, he was solicited by the founder of Kanza Sarl Lisette to work with her. He started as a Simple Supervisor. He was in search of knowledge, he decided to attend all the courses offered by Electrical Company of Cameroon. His appetite grew until he became the first supervisor of Kanza Electrical Work. He became CEO with a good path. Most of the greatest moment of the company in the late 90s and early 2000s was under. Now he is in Kanza Sarl at a great advisor, and secondly the current CEO.
Lucas is currently leading the Kanza Transmission Project which started in late 2016. This project is one of the largest Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) power transmission projects ever awarded in Northern Cameroon. Lucas brings with him three decades of experience in the power line industry. He started his career working as an entry level where he fulfilled several different roles. Lucas has worked on numerous EPC substation, transmission and distribution projects. His experience in the field has helped Lucas hone his expertise in managing and linking the two components of every successful project; design and execution. Lucas places a strong emphasis on teamwork and accountability, key factors in his leadership style.
She started in the company in 2000 as an entry level. Today, she is a very important staff member that the company relies on. As the assistant to the CEO, she is also responsible for all new connections and the company’s treasury. She is the front office of Kanza Sarl and spends most of her time on her tasks. She makes sure that everything runs smoothly in the office and beyond.
He joined the company in 2019 as an IT coordinator. Due to his hard work, he is now one of the most important employees with the information system he built from scratch to better manage the company. Apart from being the webmaster, system administrator, help desk, he is also responsible for recovery. He holds a crucial role in the company.
